Tripanata gives tour organizers a ready-to-use open-trip website, backed by the system that runs the catalog, schedules, capacity, bookings, and departures behind it.
One continuous flow. What your team changes inside becomes what prospective participants see outside.
The team fills in trip details and destination photos.
The public page preview updates instantly.
Stages advance automatically; pick a stage to pause.
Itinerary, destination photos, price packages, meeting point, and remaining capacity live on one page you can share on Instagram or WhatsApp.
Departure schedules, capacity, booking codes, settlement deadlines, and participant manifests live in one place, connected directly to the public page prospective participants see.
Grouped the way your team works, not as a feature list.
Build the itinerary, packages, destination photos, and trip policies in one draft that is reviewed before going live.
Dates, capacity, and booking rules stand on their own for each departure.
Booking codes, temporary slot holds, participant details, and a field-ready manifest.
Deposit and settlement through a gateway, recorded on the same booking.
Private-trip and group requests run on a separate track from open trips.
Permits, vendors, departure costs, and margin are recorded on the same departure, not in a separate file.
Not a comparison with other providers. This is a comparison with the spreadsheets, forms, and WhatsApp recaps you may be using today.
| Aspect | Tripanata | The old way |
|---|---|---|
| Publishing a trip | The trip page is published from the same data | Rewrite captions and details for every channel |
| Participant capacity | Goes down on its own as bookings arrive | Counted by hand, prone to overbooking |
| Taking bookings | Booking codes and slot holds are automatic | Recaps from DMs, WhatsApp, and forms |
| Payments | Deposit and settlement attach to the booking | Match bank statements line by line |
| Participant manifest | Built from data that is already in | Copied into a spreadsheet before departure |
| Schedule changes | Change it once and the public page follows | Update several places, often missed |
| Handing over responsibility | Trip history stays in the system | Context lives in one person's head |
| Start moving | See the product flow | Stay as you are |

Still unanswered? Ask us directly during a demo.
No. Tripanata runs the hosting and the platform's technical operations. You look after trip content, pricing, schedules, and participant service, not infrastructure.
Every organizer gets its own address on tripanata.com, for example tripanata.com/organizers/your-name/trips. Growth and higher plans can use a custom domain without platform branding.
Participants pay the deposit and settlement through a payment gateway; every payment is recorded on the same booking. Organizer funds are separated into pending settlement, available, and held, then withdrawn with an auditable trail.
Yes. Private-trip and group requests run on a separate track from open trips: incoming request, versioned offer, negotiation, then a booking once approved. This track is available on Business and higher plans.
Change it once on the departure in question and the public page follows. Changes that affect participants who already booked ask for their consent before they are applied.
Yes. During onboarding the Tripanata team helps map trips, schedules, and price packages from your spreadsheets into the catalog. You decide when the public page goes live.
Show us one trip you are preparing. We will show you how Tripanata runs it from catalog to departure.
